Scope and current status
This notice describes the public Vice Atlas guide, operated from the UAE. Contact admin@viceatlas-gta.com about privacy. Email signup and visitor account syncing are paused. There is no checkout, payment form, advertising network or active analytics service.
Data used on your device
Your saved checklist contains the identifiers of entries you choose to save. It stays in this browser and is not synced by the website. Search and filter text is used in the current page and is not sent to an analytics service. Your selected language and optional-media choice can be remembered on this device. We do not ask for your name, birth date, phone number or precise location.
Hosting, access and content delivery
OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure deliver this public site. They may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser information, timestamps and security logs. Supabase is configured as a content backend; the site server can request published content from it. Fonts, map resources and approved artwork are served from this site. We do not currently publish a precise hosting-log retention period or processing-location list; request available details by email.
Optional videos and external links
An embedded YouTube video does not load until you choose to load it once or enable optional media. Loading it shares connection and device information with Google/YouTube; its privacy policy applies to that processing. An ordinary external link contacts the destination only when you follow it. The site does not load advertising pixels, analytics tags, chat widgets or social feeds.
Purposes and legal bases
Checklist storage and language preferences serve features you request. Hosting and security processing supports delivery and protection of the site. Optional media uses your affirmative choice. Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis or transfer safeguard, we will assess it for the relevant processing. A privacy-policy link is not blanket consent to marketing.
Retention and deletion
The checklist stays until you clear it or your browser removes it. The language cookie lasts up to one year; optional-media choices expire after 180 days. Use Cookie policy & privacy choices to clear local data. Previously created Supabase accounts or records, if any, are not deleted by clearing this browser or pausing forms. Their retention and deletion arrangements must be reviewed separately; we have not inspected or erased those records.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. You can change optional-media choices at any time without losing access to the guide. Send privacy requests to admin@viceatlas-gta.com.
Children and future changes
This guide concerns a mature-audience game and is not designed for children. We do not offer children’s accounts or targeted advertising. If forms, payments, advertising or analytics are introduced, this notice must be updated and any required choices collected before the new processing begins.
